A comprehensive recovery framework developed by Grace, a Licensed Professional Counselor, that integrates the most effective mind-body modalities into one clear, step-by-step process.

A Look Inside:

The MBHM moves through four phases. Each one builds on the last. You move at the speed of safety, not pressure. If a phase takes longer than expected, or if you feel called to return to it, that’s not a setback. That’s healing in action.

Phase 1: Recognize 

Awareness Without Blame. You begin by gently understanding the deeper roots of your symptoms. You learn how the stress response, belief systems, and protective patterns work together, and you start building the foundation for everything that comes next. This is where you stop asking “what’s wrong with me” and start asking “what happened to me, and what is my body trying to protect?”

Phase 2: Rewire 

Change From the Inside Out. This phase teaches you how to begin reshaping the automatic fear-based responses that keep symptoms alive. Through brain retraining practices like scripting, visualization, and state shifting, you learn how to believe new things by feeling them, not just thinking them. You start to relate to your body with more trust than fear.

Phase 3: Regulate

Create Safety and Capacity in the Body. Here you build real-time skills to shift your state, stay grounded, and feel safe enough to keep healing. You explore somatic regulation practices alongside deeper emotional and trauma healing work. You begin to meet physical and emotional discomfort without spiraling, and to feel genuinely present in your body again.

Phase 4: Reclaim

Return to Wholeness. The final phase helps you reconnect to the version of yourself that exists beyond illness, beyond survival. You learn to navigate flare-ups with less fear, rebuild your identity outside of the “sick person” role, and align your energy and choices with the life you actually want to live. Healing becomes part of you, not all of you.

I’m Grace.

I’m a somatic psychotherapist, nervous system coach, yoga therapist, and pain specialist.

You might be surprised to hear that when I was 20 years old, I started experiencing chronic and unexplainable pain, even though I was “healthy.”

When I was in grad school to become a therapist, I found myself lying in bed every single night, unable to sleep and crying uncontrollably from severe pain I didn’t know the cause of. Even though I tried everything, I couldn’t figure out the answer. I couldn’t even connect the dots.

Eventually, I entered a deep depression. That’s when a close friend recommended that I see a psychotherapist and after 6 months of going deep and doing the work, ~85% of my pain went away. So far so good.

Fast forward a few years and I started experiencing unexplainable histamine reactions, chronic fatigue and debilitating headaches. I was reacting to all my favorite foods, so I restricted my diet to chicken and veggies, every single day, at *almost* every single meal.

It seemed “out of nowhere,” until I learned later on that it was my body’s way of letting me know that something was wrong. Then I found a functional doctor and ordered just about every diagnostic test under the sun. No dice.

Eventually, I realized that the mind-body connection I’d discovered years prior, which also helped me manage my fibromyalgia, was the key to it all.

That by regulating my brain and my nervous system—through a holistic protocol based on modalities that worked best for me—I’d be able to heal my symptoms again.

I discovered a mix of modalities that I can lean on if and when I ever experience symptoms, instead of feeling like there was absolutely nothing I could do and I was just stuck.

FAQs

How do I know if this program will work for me?

If you have been living with chronic symptoms that don’t have a clear medical explanation, and you are open to the idea that your nervous system is involved, the MBHM was designed for you. The framework has been developed and refined over years of clinical practice and Grace’s own healing journey.

I already go to therapy. Will this course still work for me?

Yes, and many clients find that the MBHM deepens their therapy work significantly. The course is not a replacement for therapy. It is a complementary framework that helps you apply what you’re learning in session to your actual body and daily life.

What does chat support actually mean?

It means you can send Grace a message through the course platform whenever something comes up, a question, a reaction to a module, something you’re noticing in your body. Grace responds Monday through Friday within 24 hours. It is not live chat or phone access, but it is real, personal, thoughtful support from Grace directly.

What happens after 6 months of support?

At month 5, you will receive an invitation to continue your support access at $49 per month. If you choose not to continue, you keep lifetime access to everything in the course the support simply closes.

How much time do I need each week?

The course is fully self-paced. Most clients find that 30 to 60 minutes a day is enough to move through the material meaningfully. You go at whatever pace feels sustainable for your nervous system.

What is your refund policy?

There is no refund at this time as we suggest that you give the program the full amount of time to help you see results.

I’ve never invested this much in a program before. What if I’m not sure?

That hesitation makes complete sense and your nervous system might even have something to say about it. A single session with a specialist in your area often costs $200 or more. The MBHM gives you a lifetime framework for your healing for less than two sessions. The $297 course-only option is also there for those who want to start without the support layer.
