As a coaching practice, we are not allowed to accept insurance but do accept FSA cards.
Coaching packages start at 6 or 12 sessions with optional payment plans. Ask about payment plans when you have your consultation. If you book a coaching package, you automatically get access to the Mind-Body Healing Method self-paced course.
When you apply to work with us 1:1, we will review and then reach out to set up a call. On the call, we will ask if there’s anything else you’d like to share to see if we are a good enough fit and answer any questions you have.
Before the appointment we’ll send you a couple of quick forms to complete. Our first session is really where we’re going to get a sense of each other and where we can learn so much more about you. We will listen to you without judgment. We will come up with goals together of what you hope to accomplish in coaching.
During coaching you’ll have an opportunity to vent, gain perspective and new insights, learn to challenge your thoughts and receive feedback. We will be teaching you new ways to relate to your mind and body. We will ask questions to help you get more clarification and understanding as well as mindfulness skills to help you cope. Sometimes coaching can be difficult because we are bringing difficult patterns and insight up to the surface. Sometimes it can be full of laughter and celebrations. Either way, we’re here to support you and will help you achieve the change and growth you are looking for.
We meet with most clients on a weekly or biweekly basis. We ask that you commit to weekly coaching for the first 2 months so that we can build a strong relationship and you can start seeing progress right away. After that, we will discuss whether weekly or biweekly sessions are appropriate for you.
