Online Therapy in Colorado

Somatic therapy and nervous system regulation for chronic pain, anxiety, and chronic illness — wherever you are in Colorado.

Therapy That Works With Your Body, From Anywhere in Colorado

Grace Secker is a licensed professional counselor and certified yoga therapist (LPC, C-IAYT) based right here in Boulder. She works with Coloradans whose bodies won’t let up — chronic pain that outlasted every scan, fatigue that rest doesn’t fix, anxiety that lives in the chest no matter what the mind says.

Sessions happen over secure video. Whether you live up a canyon in Nederland, out on the Western Slope, or in a Denver apartment, you get the same depth of somatic, nervous-system-focused therapy without driving anywhere.

Grace is also licensed in Texas and Utah.

What Online Therapy With Grace Helps With

Grace specializes in symptoms where the body and the nervous system are tangled together. They tend to be the ones that never fully resolve with standard treatment, because the nervous system piece never gets addressed.

Serving All of Colorado

Grace’s clients join from Boulder, Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Longmont, Aurora, Lakewood, Golden, Grand Junction, Durango, and the mountain towns in between. Most of her Colorado clients lead active lives, and it is genuinely maddening when your body keeps you off the trails or makes a normal workday feel like too much. Online sessions fit around your schedule instead of adding a commute to it.

How Online Sessions Work

1. Free Consultation

A 15-minute video call to talk through what’s going on and whether this approach fits. You’ll leave with clarity either way.

2. Weekly Video Sessions

Regular sessions over a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform — from your home in Colorado. Somatic work, nervous system education, and real processing.

3. Tools That Stick

Between sessions you practice the regulation skills that retrain your nervous system — so progress compounds instead of resetting each week.

Meet Grace

Grace Secker, LPC, C-IAYT, is a somatic trauma therapist and nervous system coach who spent years living with chronic symptoms herself — doing all the right things and not getting better — before finding the nervous system work that changed everything. She’s been a therapist for over a decade, with training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Brainspotting, and trauma-conscious yoga therapy.

She lives and practices in Boulder, so the Colorado context — the altitude, the athletics, the pressure to be effortlessly outdoorsy while your body is struggling — isn’t abstract to her.

Online Therapy in Colorado: Common Questions

Does online therapy actually work as well as in-person?

For this kind of work, yes. Research consistently finds telehealth therapy produces outcomes comparable to in-person care, and somatic, nervous-system-based work translates well to video — you’re learning to notice and regulate what’s happening in your own body, which happens wherever your body is. Many clients find being in their own space actually helps.

Who can work with Grace as a therapy client in Colorado?

Anyone physically located in Colorado at the time of the session. Licensure is state-based, so therapy clients need to be in a state where Grace holds a license — Colorado, Texas, or Utah.

What if I’m outside Colorado, Texas, or Utah?

Grace works with people everywhere through the Mind-Body Healing Method, her nervous system coaching program. Coaching isn’t therapy, but for chronic symptoms rooted in nervous system dysregulation it’s often exactly the right container.

Do you take insurance?

Grace is an out-of-network provider. Many Colorado clients use out-of-network benefits, and she can provide documentation for reimbursement. The free consultation is the best place to sort out the details for your plan.
