Episode 118
The Thing That Was Missing From My Own Healing (And Probably Yours Too)
Show notes
In this solo episode, Grace Secker opens up about the one thing she was missing during her own healing journey — and why it kept her stuck in flare cycles for years, even after she understood the work. It wasn't more information, more books, or more podcasts. It was consistent support, accountability, and community.
Grace shares her personal story of recovering from chronic pain in her 20s through what is now called pain reprocessing therapy, only to develop a wave of new symptoms years later — chronic fatigue, gut issues, histamine reactions, migraines — and having to find her way back to mind-body work all over again, this time completely alone.
She explains why understanding alone doesn't change the nervous system — because knowledge lives in the prefrontal cortex while the patterns driving symptoms operate from much older, less rational parts of the brain. Real change comes from practice, repetition, and showing up consistently, especially on the hard days. Grace also explores the science of co-regulation — how our nervous systems are wired to calm and heal in relationship with other safe humans — and why so much healing content is consumed in isolation, which limits how far it can take you.
Grace introduces what she's been building behind the scenes: small, intimate group containers (six people max) designed for people already in the MindBody Healing Method course who want structure, accountability, and a community of people who truly get it. The first group launches in April.

[00:00:02] We are collectivistic people.
[00:00:05] And that's not just a motivational statement that's biology.
[00:00:08] Yet, the vast majority of healing content out there,
[00:00:11] including a lot of what I've created, is consumed alone.
[00:00:14] On headphones and a bedroom without anyone else in the room.
[00:00:17] Which is fine.
[00:00:18] It really is. It's a starting point.
[00:00:20] It's how I got through so much by listening
[00:00:23] and repeating meditations over and over.
[00:00:25] And that's a huge part of this.
[00:00:26] Don't get me wrong.
[00:00:27] That is important.
[00:00:28] But it's not the whole picture.
[00:00:30] Hey there.
[00:00:31] And welcome to Heal with Grace.
[00:00:33] I'm your host, Grace Secker,
[00:00:34] and I'm a holistic life and therapist and nervous system
[00:00:38] coach who believes that the chronic
[00:00:40] and often unseen symptoms you're living with
[00:00:42] are a sign of something deeper going on.
[00:00:45] A sign that your nervous system needs attention.
[00:00:48] In each episode, I'll share the science
[00:00:50] behind the most common chronic health disorders,
[00:00:53] cost holistic health tips using mental,
[00:00:55] physical, and spiritual practices.
[00:00:57] You'll hear what I've learned in my journey
[00:00:59] and the true stories from our trusted guests.
[00:01:02] So you can feel less alone in your experience
[00:01:04] and give yourself grace,
[00:01:06] no matter what you're going through.
[00:01:08] So without further ado,
[00:01:09] settle in and get cozy.
[00:01:11] It's time to Heal with Grace.
[00:01:13] Hey, y'all.
[00:01:13] Welcome back to the Heal with Grace podcast.
[00:01:16] I'm excited to talk to you today
[00:01:18] on my solo episode about really what I was missing
[00:01:22] from my own journey when I was going through this.
[00:01:24] If you don't know much about me or my story yet,
[00:01:27] if you're new here,
[00:01:27] I struggled with chronic symptoms for, to be honest,
[00:01:30] I'm one of those people that I can track back
[00:01:31] to childhood, like early, early days.
[00:01:34] But it didn't come about until my early 20s.
[00:01:37] And I knew nothing about this world.
[00:01:39] I didn't even know there was a world out there.
[00:01:41] Things like pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue,
[00:01:45] gut issues, headaches, migraines, long COVID.
[00:01:48] At the time it was Lyme that was really popular
[00:01:50] and being diagnosed all the time.
[00:01:51] Like so many different things.
[00:01:53] I had no idea.
[00:01:55] Now I ended up going to a therapist, thankfully,
[00:01:58] after I had a bunch of pain all over my body.
[00:02:01] Like it was not explained very well.
[00:02:02] I mean, I was told that I was hypermobile
[00:02:04] and that's why I had pain.
[00:02:06] But I mean not to the degree,
[00:02:08] like it didn't explain to the degree of pain
[00:02:09] that I had all over my body.
[00:02:12] This was in grad school
[00:02:13] and I like couldn't go to sleep
[00:02:14] because I was in so much pain.
[00:02:15] I was, I was young.
[00:02:16] I should not have been in that much pain.
[00:02:18] And thankfully I was sent to a psychologist
[00:02:20] who did the work that I do now.
[00:02:22] It wasn't called pain reprocessing therapy
[00:02:24] at the time, but it is now.
[00:02:25] And within six months, I pretty much was 90% recovered.
[00:02:30] And I didn't look back until a few years later
[00:02:33] when I developed all different kinds of symptoms
[00:02:35] like chronic fatigue, mold toxicity,
[00:02:37] gut issues, histamine reactions, migraine type symptoms,
[00:02:40] like the whole nine yards.
[00:02:41] And I didn't know it was the same type of work.
[00:02:43] So I went through the ringer again,
[00:02:46] doctor after doctor after doctor.
[00:02:48] And nothing was really changing
[00:02:50] until I came back to this work.
[00:02:52] I had like literally one of those moments
[00:02:54] where the light bulb one goes over your head.
[00:02:56] Ding, ding, ding.
[00:02:57] Oh yeah.
[00:02:58] The work you did with your pain
[00:02:59] can also be applied to your chronic symptoms and illnesses.
[00:03:04] And so I started just doing this work on my own.
[00:03:07] I didn't know there was any community out there.
[00:03:10] I didn't know there were programs
[00:03:12] like the one I have now like plenty of others.
[00:03:14] I just, I didn't know.
[00:03:15] And to be honest, there wasn't as much
[00:03:17] as there is these days.
[00:03:18] And what I want to tell you
[00:03:19] is about what I feel like was missing from that time
[00:03:22] that really prolonged my recovery journey.
[00:03:24] Because I was in and out still after this work.
[00:03:27] I was in and out for years.
[00:03:28] I'd be doing better and then I'd have flares
[00:03:30] and I'd question it all over again.
[00:03:31] Like what do I physically treat
[00:03:33] versus what do I mind body treat?
[00:03:35] I just, I didn't know.
[00:03:36] So that's what I want to talk to you about today.
[00:03:38] Like what, if you're in that state,
[00:03:40] if you are new to this work
[00:03:42] or if you've kind of dipped your toes in
[00:03:43] but you're still questioning
[00:03:44] like what I see could have really helped me in that time
[00:03:47] and how I'm going to walk you through it essentially.
[00:03:50] So for a while, I thought that I needed more and more information.
[00:03:54] Like if I just read one book, did one more training,
[00:03:58] understood the mechanisms a little better,
[00:04:00] something would finally click.
[00:04:01] Guess what?
[00:04:02] That's not what was missing.
[00:04:03] What was missing was somewhere to actually do this work
[00:04:07] consistently with other people who got it.
[00:04:09] With someone in my corner when things got hard,
[00:04:12] with structure that kept me showing up
[00:04:14] even on the weeks when I didn't really want to do it.
[00:04:16] Because I felt so isolated and alone.
[00:04:19] I literally didn't know one other person that felt like I did.
[00:04:23] I didn't know anyone else.
[00:04:24] I felt like I had to hide it from people,
[00:04:26] from my partner at the time.
[00:04:28] Thankfully some of my family,
[00:04:29] actually my parents kind of got it.
[00:04:32] We've been a family of health issues
[00:04:34] so health issues are not uncommon.
[00:04:37] But still I didn't,
[00:04:38] they weren't on the same healing trajectory I was.
[00:04:40] They weren't doing the same mind-body work
[00:04:41] so I couldn't connect with them
[00:04:42] and I didn't really know how to do it.
[00:04:44] So I just, I feel like that isolation
[00:04:46] and the secrecy that I felt like I had to hide,
[00:04:49] I felt like I kind of had to hide what I was doing
[00:04:51] because no one got it.
[00:04:52] That actually made me worse
[00:04:54] because there was some shame around it.
[00:04:55] There was some guilt,
[00:04:56] there was this feeling of I'm different,
[00:04:58] something's wrong with me.
[00:05:00] And instead what we actually very much so know
[00:05:02] is that healing in communities
[00:05:04] actually creates more healing and recovery.
[00:05:07] Doing it alone is harder
[00:05:09] and the body doesn't respond as well.
[00:05:11] So that's first and foremost very much so what.
[00:05:15] I feel like I needed
[00:05:17] and I'm gonna talk a little bit about that later.
[00:05:19] But basically if you're doing the same thing
[00:05:21] you're feeling alone,
[00:05:21] I can totally see you,
[00:05:23] totally hear you.
[00:05:23] That's a really hard way to do this.
[00:05:26] It's not impossible.
[00:05:27] I've gotten to where I am today from that period
[00:05:32] but it's harder than it needs to be.
[00:05:34] So one of the other things
[00:05:36] I wanna mention first actually
[00:05:38] is that the information alone does not heal,
[00:05:42] does not help you.
[00:05:43] It's very important.
[00:05:45] So the education that you see in this podcast
[00:05:49] and all over social media or books
[00:05:52] or videos that you see
[00:05:54] and you watch with people in the mind, body, healing space
[00:05:56] is so important, very important
[00:05:58] because you can't shift or change something
[00:06:00] if you don't understand what's happening.
[00:06:02] And we're asking you to look at your health
[00:06:03] from a total 180 view.
[00:06:05] Like you've understood how the body operates
[00:06:09] at this time up until this point in your life.
[00:06:12] You've been told if you have a physical problem
[00:06:13] you need a physical treatment.
[00:06:15] What we're saying is yeah you have a physical problem
[00:06:17] you're not making it up
[00:06:18] but the treatment isn't physical.
[00:06:20] The treatment is in your mind, body, connection.
[00:06:23] It's more emotional, psychological, nervous system based.
[00:06:26] So that's a big shift
[00:06:28] and that requires more than just knowledge.
[00:06:31] It requires constant reminders, lots of practices
[00:06:36] being with and using your somatic nervous system
[00:06:41] emotional regulation practices
[00:06:42] to move through and change.
[00:06:44] So you can listen to every podcast I put out.
[00:06:47] I hear people all the time tell me
[00:06:49] your podcast is so helpful.
[00:06:50] Thank you so much.
[00:06:51] I have learned and actually recovered symptoms
[00:06:54] like I felt better just by listening.
[00:06:56] And so that's huge.
[00:06:57] That's important, amazing.
[00:06:58] I'm glad you're here.
[00:06:59] I hope that this helps you in that way too.
[00:07:01] You can read every book under a plastic pain.
[00:07:03] You can understand the polyvagal theory backwards and forwards.
[00:07:06] But what I often see with people
[00:07:08] is that your nervous system
[00:07:09] will still be doing exactly what it's always done
[00:07:11] because understanding is processed
[00:07:14] in the prefrontal cortex
[00:07:16] and the nervous system lives somewhere much older
[00:07:18] much less rational than that.
[00:07:20] The subconscious that we are shifting
[00:07:23] that we're changing your parts of you
[00:07:25] that we're looking to
[00:07:27] that we're working on shifting
[00:07:29] to release the stress in your nervous system.
[00:07:31] Those are old, irrational, younger child parts of you.
[00:07:35] It does not operate off of understanding alone.
[00:07:37] And so what actually changes the nervous system is practice.
[00:07:40] Repetition, showing up again and again
[00:07:43] and doing the work even when it's uncomfortable,
[00:07:45] especially when it's uncomfortable.
[00:07:48] And here's what I've noticed.
[00:07:50] Both in my own experience and working with clients
[00:07:52] is that that kind of consistency
[00:07:54] is genuinely hard to maintain alone.
[00:07:56] Not because you're not motivated,
[00:07:58] not because you don't care,
[00:07:59] but because when you're chronically in pain
[00:08:02] and feel like shit,
[00:08:03] your resources are already stretched thin.
[00:08:06] And when a hard week hits or a flare comes
[00:08:09] or life just gets in the way,
[00:08:10] the thing that goes first is the healing work sometimes.
[00:08:13] Now, I've gotten to the point in my journey
[00:08:14] where that's not the case.
[00:08:16] It's very much so like the one thing
[00:08:19] that is constant in my life.
[00:08:20] My practice is every single day,
[00:08:22] my connection with myself every single day,
[00:08:26] non-negotiable.
[00:08:28] And because I genuinely want to now.
[00:08:30] Now, it looks very different
[00:08:31] than when I was truly in the midst of recovery.
[00:08:33] But my point being when you're learning this
[00:08:36] is sometimes harder to manage
[00:08:38] and keep up and know what you need.
[00:08:40] When you're doing it alone.
[00:08:41] And I've seen it happen so many times.
[00:08:42] Someone does really well for three weeks.
[00:08:45] Something hard happens.
[00:08:46] They fall off.
[00:08:46] They feel behind.
[00:08:48] They feel like they failed.
[00:08:50] And the shame of feeling like they failed
[00:08:52] makes it harder to come back.
[00:08:54] That cycle right there keeps people stuck
[00:08:57] way longer than the nervous system pattern itself.
[00:09:00] That is where support matters.
[00:09:03] You are not going to do this perfectly.
[00:09:05] You won't at all.
[00:09:06] It will go up and down.
[00:09:07] Healing is not linear.
[00:09:09] And you're not meant to do it perfectly.
[00:09:11] I don't know about you,
[00:09:12] but anytime I have been in a flare,
[00:09:14] I go to is I just start watching videos.
[00:09:18] I start connecting with people.
[00:09:20] I start figuring out, okay,
[00:09:21] what can help me right now?
[00:09:23] And if I had the support and the community
[00:09:26] that is available now back then,
[00:09:29] man, I cannot imagine like how that would have been different.
[00:09:32] I wouldn't have been stuck for so long.
[00:09:34] It felt like absolute poo.
[00:09:36] I felt really depressed.
[00:09:38] I would have had support
[00:09:39] that would have helped me get out of that.
[00:09:40] So I want to get a little sciency for a second
[00:09:44] because this part is actually fascinating.
[00:09:46] There's a concept in nervous system science
[00:09:48] called co-regulation.
[00:09:49] And what it basically means is that
[00:09:51] our nervous systems regulate
[00:09:53] in relationship with other nervous systems.
[00:09:55] We are wired, literally wired,
[00:09:57] to calm down in the presence of other calm, safe humans.
[00:10:00] This is why you can feel your whole body exhale
[00:10:06] when you're around someone who really gets it.
[00:10:08] Why a conversation with the right person
[00:10:11] can shift something in you
[00:10:12] that an hour of solo meditation couldn't touch?
[00:10:16] Why being truly witness, truly seen
[00:10:20] by someone who understands what you're carrying
[00:10:22] changes something at a physiological level.
[00:10:25] We are not designed to heal in isolation.
[00:10:28] We are collectivistic people.
[00:10:30] And that's not just a motivational statement
[00:10:32] that's biology.
[00:10:34] Yet, the vast majority of healing content out there,
[00:10:37] including a lot of what I've created, is consumed alone
[00:10:40] on headphones and a bedroom without anyone else in the room.
[00:10:43] Which is fine.
[00:10:44] It really is.
[00:10:45] It's a starting point.
[00:10:46] It's how I got through so much
[00:10:48] by listening and repeating meditations over and over.
[00:10:51] And that's a huge part of this.
[00:10:52] Don't get me wrong.
[00:10:53] That is important, but it's not the whole picture.
[00:10:56] So, okay.
[00:10:58] I had a client last year,
[00:11:01] name Anonymous, of course,
[00:11:02] who had been doing nervous system work on her own
[00:11:04] for about two years.
[00:11:05] She understood it well.
[00:11:07] She was being seen by empathetic and compassionate practitioners.
[00:11:12] She had some tools, you know, going for walks,
[00:11:15] trying to create space in her schedule,
[00:11:17] trying to down-regulate during a stressful time,
[00:11:20] breathing, trying out some meditation,
[00:11:22] and, you know, was kind of making progress slowly,
[00:11:26] but kept hitting a ceiling she couldn't break through.
[00:11:29] Once she started working with us more consistently,
[00:11:31] showing up to calls, being in community
[00:11:34] with other people doing this work,
[00:11:35] within about six weeks,
[00:11:37] she told me that something shifted,
[00:11:38] that two years of solo work hadn't been able to shift.
[00:11:41] And she was like, honestly,
[00:11:43] I think I just needed to not be alone in it.
[00:11:45] I didn't realize how much I felt shame
[00:11:48] that I was still struggling after two years.
[00:11:51] I felt like I should be better by now.
[00:11:53] And what I'm realizing is being seen by others,
[00:11:56] they get it and don't judge me for it,
[00:11:57] has really helped, and they don't feel alone.
[00:12:00] And now I've learned others' tools that, you know,
[00:12:03] people are asking, and they're getting feedback on it.
[00:12:06] And I realize that's helpful for me.
[00:12:08] And it's really catapulted my healing.
[00:12:10] That, I was like, yes, this is it.
[00:12:13] This is, this is so important.
[00:12:15] And I mean, I've said this time and time again,
[00:12:17] if you've listened, that I created
[00:12:19] the MindBody Healing Method group live program.
[00:12:22] That's when I started this a few years ago.
[00:12:24] I created it because I wanted to build
[00:12:26] something I didn't have.
[00:12:27] I wanted to build the community.
[00:12:28] I wanted to build a step-by-step process
[00:12:31] by a therapist who has trauma as a background,
[00:12:34] trauma training to help people understand
[00:12:37] all the components and give them this safe group space
[00:12:40] to be a part of.
[00:12:41] I did take a pause on the group for a little bit
[00:12:43] because I needed to restructure it.
[00:12:45] I kept getting feedback that maybe it wasn't long enough
[00:12:48] or there's too much pressure to get through it
[00:12:50] in a certain amount of time.
[00:12:51] And I also kept seeing the same gap with people
[00:12:54] that would just go through it on their own, right?
[00:12:57] They would understand it, they'd start it,
[00:12:59] applying it, and then kind of drift
[00:13:01] without the structure to keep going.
[00:13:03] Without someone to ask questions to when something came up.
[00:13:06] Without a community of people who were in it with them.
[00:13:09] So I've been really trying to like sit with this
[00:13:11] for a little bit, try to figure out
[00:13:13] how to help you in this journey, right?
[00:13:15] What's gonna really support you the best?
[00:13:18] I still want the community component.
[00:13:20] I think that's so important.
[00:13:21] The group components, you can be seen by others,
[00:13:23] you can get the feedback, you can share
[00:13:25] and go through it with people that get it
[00:13:28] and have consistent access.
[00:13:30] Not just this like time period
[00:13:32] where you have to create it in three months
[00:13:33] and or complete it in three months
[00:13:35] and then you should be better, right?
[00:13:37] There's a lot of time constraints on that.
[00:13:39] Okay, so I'm going to be real with you
[00:13:40] about where I'm landing with all this.
[00:13:42] What we have to help you is first and foremost
[00:13:46] the Mind Body Healing Method course.
[00:13:48] It is the foundation, the practices,
[00:13:50] the information that keeps getting updated
[00:13:53] and will always be with you.
[00:13:55] It is the true foundation, the step by step,
[00:13:58] built by me, a trauma-trained therapist,
[00:14:00] everything you need to actually understand
[00:14:02] and work with what's driving your symptoms.
[00:14:04] Really understand your nervous system
[00:14:06] and heal that root cause.
[00:14:08] And I've watched people go through it
[00:14:10] and have genuine breakthroughs,
[00:14:11] like real ones getting your life back.
[00:14:14] And so that first and foremost,
[00:14:17] if you've been curious about it,
[00:14:18] 100% go to the link below
[00:14:20] and get in on the self-paced Mind Body Healing Method
[00:14:23] course, you can have it in your back pocket every day.
[00:14:25] But what I've started to see,
[00:14:27] like I've mentioned,
[00:14:28] is that people would get in, start doing the work
[00:14:33] and then drift a little bit.
[00:14:34] Not because the content wasn't good or wasn't helpful,
[00:14:37] but just because they were doing it alone,
[00:14:39] it didn't really help the accountability
[00:14:41] and might feel stuck a little bit at times.
[00:14:43] And also, that's 100% normal.
[00:14:47] Let's talk about resistance for a second.
[00:14:49] Resistance is not always conscious.
[00:14:51] It's not that you're doing it on purpose.
[00:14:53] Resistance can look like procrastination.
[00:14:55] It can look like this subtle way
[00:14:57] of you not wanting to show up,
[00:14:59] and that's truly your nervous system impacting you.
[00:15:02] So think of it this way.
[00:15:03] If all of your symptoms are protecting you
[00:15:07] from unfelt emotions, quote-unquote dangerous emotions,
[00:15:11] old experiences you didn't want to think through
[00:15:13] or feeling grounded and settled in your body,
[00:15:15] in your life,
[00:15:16] making certain decisions around relationships
[00:15:18] or work or career,
[00:15:19] we're asking you to look at that.
[00:15:21] So in healing your nervous system and recovery,
[00:15:25] you're actually digging up
[00:15:27] and doing the things that your symptoms,
[00:15:29] your chronic pain and illness has protected you from.
[00:15:31] So can you only imagine
[00:15:33] that it's going to yell back at you
[00:15:36] or it's gonna keep sending you symptoms
[00:15:37] or it's gonna divert your attention
[00:15:40] and create new thoughts in your brain to think like,
[00:15:42] ah, I don't know how to do this.
[00:15:43] I'm not gonna do this.
[00:15:45] That's completely normal.
[00:15:47] What I have found is that,
[00:15:49] obviously like having someone help you through it,
[00:15:52] accountability is really important
[00:15:54] and in a place that you feel safe, comfortable and grounded.
[00:15:58] So this is what I'm gonna start offering next
[00:16:01] are small intimate groups.
[00:16:04] So I've offered a group before,
[00:16:06] but they've been a little bit bigger
[00:16:07] and more people coming in and out.
[00:16:09] This one is going to be small contained groups.
[00:16:12] So I only enroll six people max in each group
[00:16:16] and we don't start unless we have enough people
[00:16:20] and I make sure I pair people together
[00:16:23] that I know are going to be a good fit together.
[00:16:25] That you probably get each other
[00:16:26] that might understand it a little bit more, right?
[00:16:29] This is for people who have been
[00:16:31] in the mind, body healing method.
[00:16:32] So by the way, if this sounds interesting to you,
[00:16:35] download the self face, get started
[00:16:37] and then apply to be in a small group.
[00:16:38] This is really for people who are in that course
[00:16:41] but want to go through it with other people
[00:16:43] who are actually in it with them.
[00:16:45] This is not a Facebook group or a messaging board
[00:16:48] where messages get lost in the void.
[00:16:50] It is a real intentional container with people who get it
[00:16:53] where you don't have to explain yourself
[00:16:55] or your weird health issues because we get it, right?
[00:16:58] And it's all led by me.
[00:17:01] This is where you can be seen by others
[00:17:02] going through the same thing.
[00:17:04] And this is the community piece I was missing
[00:17:07] for so long, it actually exists now.
[00:17:09] So we work privately with people one on one.
[00:17:13] And I've done that a lot for myself
[00:17:15] but to be honest, I think that I never really joined
[00:17:18] a group one in the beginning
[00:17:19] because I didn't know about them.
[00:17:21] And two, I was a little hesitant.
[00:17:23] I'm not gonna lie.
[00:17:23] Like groups can be a little vulnerable for me
[00:17:26] and I tend to not do them all the time.
[00:17:30] I think it a little overwhelmed
[00:17:31] or I just have some social anxiety that happens.
[00:17:35] And this is why I'm creating these smaller containers
[00:17:39] because if you resonate with that,
[00:17:40] I want you to be able to feel seen and show up
[00:17:43] and maybe make some friends out of it.
[00:17:45] So the starting point is the course.
[00:17:48] That's where you start.
[00:17:49] You can go to the link in the show notes
[00:17:50] and get the mind body healing method
[00:17:51] at your own pace in your own time.
[00:17:54] And then apply for a small group.
[00:17:57] You'll be the first to know
[00:17:58] and you'll already have the foundation to actually use it.
[00:18:01] Meaning you'll be the first to know when it opens
[00:18:04] because I'll be sending out emails privately
[00:18:06] to the people who are already
[00:18:07] in the mind body healing method.
[00:18:09] And so if you feel like, yeah, I do want support.
[00:18:11] I want accountability.
[00:18:12] I want help to move through this.
[00:18:15] That's why I created these
[00:18:16] and I'm really excited to get them started.
[00:18:17] We're actually starting our first one in April.
[00:18:19] So if you want to get in on that,
[00:18:22] if you're already in the course and you're like,
[00:18:23] oh yeah, I feel like this is the missing piece
[00:18:25] that I've wanted, let me know.
[00:18:28] You will be getting an email after in the course.
[00:18:30] So you'll just reply to that.
[00:18:32] If you miss it
[00:18:33] or you feel like you didn't receive it,
[00:18:35] just let me know and I'll walk you through it.
[00:18:38] This is where the information plus the practice
[00:18:41] plus the people really moves the needle.
[00:18:43] Everything you need to know is in the show notes.
[00:18:45] I would love to see you in there.
[00:18:46] Thank you for being here.
[00:18:48] Thank you for doing this work.
[00:18:49] It really matters more than you know
[00:18:51] to share this podcast, to keep it going,
[00:18:54] let more people know about this work.
[00:18:56] That's my mission
[00:18:57] and I really thank you for being here.
[00:19:00] All right, keep healing with Grace
[00:19:01] and I'll see you next week.
[00:19:04] If this podcast means something to you
[00:19:05] it would mean so much to me
[00:19:07] if you could do these couple things.
[00:19:09] One, go to the heal with grace show page
[00:19:11] wherever you listen
[00:19:12] and tap the plus sign or click on the follow button
[00:19:14] so you don't miss an episode.
[00:19:16] It helps both of us out.
[00:19:18] While you're there,
[00:19:19] if you could give a five star review
[00:19:21] so that this podcast can reach more people
[00:19:23] it would mean so much to me
[00:19:25] so I can continue sharing episodes
[00:19:27] that help you as well as others.
[00:19:29] Thanks for listening
[00:19:30] and I hope this brings you hope on your journey.
