[00:00:00] Hey there and welcome to Heal with Grace.
[00:00:03] I'm your host Grace Secker and I'm a holistic licensed therapist and nervous system coach
[00:00:08] who believes that the chronic and often unseen symptoms you're living with are a sign of
[00:00:12] something deeper going on.
[00:00:14] A sign that your nervous system needs attention.
[00:00:17] In each episode I'll share the science behind the most common chronic health disorders
[00:00:21] plus holistic health tips using mental, physical and spiritual practices.
[00:00:26] You'll hear what I've learned in my journey and the true stories from our trusted guests
[00:00:30] so you can feel less alone in your experience and give yourself grace no matter what you're
[00:00:34] going through.
[00:00:36] So without further ado, settle in and get cozy.
[00:00:38] It's time to Heal with Grace.
[00:00:42] Hello and welcome back to the Heal with Grace podcast.
[00:00:45] I have an incredibly special guest today.
[00:00:49] Isabelle Tierney is one of my longtime mentors and the creator of the Feel Good methodology.
[00:00:56] She's a licensed marriage and family therapist, she's a stress management expert, an international
[00:01:01] speaker and educator.
[00:01:03] She holds two master's degrees, one in international relations from Boston University and another
[00:01:08] in child development from Tufts University.
[00:01:12] She also holds an energy healing certification from the Barbara Brennan School of Healing.
[00:01:18] After running a successful therapy practice for more than 10 years, Isabelle's journey
[00:01:22] took a turn when burnout led to the loss of her health and her marriage and in response
[00:01:28] she developed a transformative methodology aimed at fostering a life of aliveness, inspiration
[00:01:34] and joy.
[00:01:36] And so with that, I'm going to hand it over to her and have her share the next part
[00:01:40] of her journey.
[00:01:41] So thank you for being here, Isabelle.
[00:01:43] It's an honor.
[00:01:44] Yeah.
[00:01:45] Thank you so much.
[00:01:46] I always love hearing like what it took to get to where I am.
[00:01:50] You know, so I was just actually thinking about it this morning how so often we wish that
[00:01:54] transformation occurred overnight, you know, we have like Kundalini awakening or we have
[00:01:58] like we go to a weekend thing and then we wake up, you know, and, you know, when I
[00:02:03] look at my past and I look at all the bricks that it took, all the, the healing, all
[00:02:09] the traumas, all the crap, you know, and all the beauty that it took to get here
[00:02:16] where, you know, I have this methodology that I created in the middle of the worst time
[00:02:21] of my life.
[00:02:22] And I don't know if I would have created it had I not been in the worst part of my life.
[00:02:27] And so going back to that time and maybe a little bit earlier, I grew up in a household
[00:02:33] where there was a lot of trauma, there was a lot of neglect and abuse.
[00:02:36] I had the combo of both and then physical and sexual and emotional abuse.
[00:02:41] And so at 14, when we moved to the state that was living in Europe at that point
[00:02:45] I developed an eating disorder as my way to cope.
[00:02:48] And everybody was doing it.
[00:02:49] It was a private high school with all girls.
[00:02:50] We were all doing that eating disorder behaviors.
[00:02:53] And I was one of those people who actually then it became an actual disease that lasted
[00:02:58] for like 20 plus years.
[00:03:01] And you know, that, and then I started, I started, I went to school.
[00:03:05] I was this perfectionist, this type A person who pushed and pushed and pushed right
[00:03:09] in front of the world and looked so successful and like I had everything.
[00:03:13] And then, you know, meanwhile, in the background, I was struggling with this eating disorder
[00:03:16] and binging and all kinds of unhealthy food behaviors.
[00:03:20] And it caught up with me, like this double life, you know, I think many of us, especially
[00:03:25] as women and especially what type A or driven or perfectionist, we are a certain way where
[00:03:30] we look successful.
[00:03:31] We look like maybe we have everything, but very few people know that we might have
[00:03:35] eating disorders, struggle with chronic illness with anxiety, like there's so many things.
[00:03:40] And I think that split between these two parts of me is really what caught up with me in that
[00:03:45] day we were talking about where Brian and I got divorced and I was diagnosed with adrenal
[00:03:51] exhaustion and really my whole life, I just got knocked down and it was like there was
[00:03:57] nothing left I didn't have anymore energy to say, I'm going to diet or I'm going
[00:04:01] to build my practice more like I had just emptied myself out through the chronic stress
[00:04:07] that my life was.
[00:04:09] And I really did have to find a new way to live, I literally could not anymore.
[00:04:13] I think many of us are like that is we wait till crisis moments until we wake up that
[00:04:20] hey, this is not the life I want to lead and I want to lead a different life.
[00:04:25] So spent a bunch of years really calling from all the greatest modalities that had
[00:04:31] impacted me, you know, whether it's therapeutic modalities, like cognitive behavioral therapy
[00:04:36] or spiritual modalities like Michael Singer or Byron Katie and through and science and
[00:04:43] neuroscience and through all that studying and my practicing this methodology came to
[00:04:49] life and has just become better and better.
[00:04:52] And today I'm the proud teacher of it, along with people like you who are facilitators
[00:04:58] of that because this methodology really changes lives.
[00:05:02] It really helps you recognize when you're distressed, response and shipped out of it.
[00:05:07] And and really doesn't allow you to live that life of burnout and pain.
[00:05:11] That's so many of us are struggling with.
[00:05:13] So that was a long piece, but hopefully it was a good story.
[00:05:18] It is, it is.
[00:05:19] And I mean, there's so many things I could ask around it.
[00:05:23] So then you created this out of a time of recognizing that, I mean, you were
[00:05:28] burnout, you were exhausted.
[00:05:29] I mean, your life was like you said, in crisis disaster.
[00:05:34] So was it and this is more just purely curious, was it something that you
[00:05:38] consciously were like, OK, I need to figure out how to work with this or develop
[00:05:42] something or, you know, how did that happen?
[00:05:44] How did this come about?
[00:05:46] I remember creating what was called this stress.
[00:05:48] Like I remember just knowing I have to find a different way to live.
[00:05:51] So I don't think I said, I want to develop this methodology, you know.
[00:05:55] But what happened was I forgot that story is that I was
[00:05:59] asked to speak, but this incredible man named Mark David, he wrote
[00:06:02] the slow down diet, which I imagine, you know, a lot about that.
[00:06:05] And right. OK, good.
[00:06:07] And he said to me, I was a therapist at that point.
[00:06:09] And he said, what are your greatest hits?
[00:06:11] I'm like, what are you talking about?
[00:06:13] He's like, what are the things you use that you repeat again and again
[00:06:16] and again that your clients really seem to get?
[00:06:18] And I was like, oh, I had this stress scale and used to be a traffic
[00:06:23] light, so it looked like a stress scale.
[00:06:24] And it was 10 if you were really stressed and one if you weren't.
[00:06:27] And whenever I used that scale, people would get it.
[00:06:30] They're like, yeah, I live at a 10 most of the time.
[00:06:33] And and and that was one of the things that began.
[00:06:35] It's like he asked me to think of my greatest hits.
[00:06:38] And so I started pulling together this scale that is not
[00:06:41] called the field that scale and noticing that when people just
[00:06:45] brought awareness to where they were at, you know,
[00:06:49] stresses on one end of the scale, feeling good is on the other end.
[00:06:53] They changed like just the awareness piece.
[00:06:56] And then it took another like three years for the three steps to
[00:07:00] come, which are the second part of the methodology, the action,
[00:07:03] because it's like, well, if I am in the stress response, what do I do?
[00:07:07] Often just the awareness of it already helped people change.
[00:07:10] But then I developed these three steps and that changed everything
[00:07:14] and lose it.
[00:07:14] I literally use it still every day.
[00:07:16] In the last two days, I've used it three times when I've
[00:07:20] gone stuck in something that has been stressful for me.
[00:07:23] And that's my favorite part of it.
[00:07:24] It's like I didn't create it for other people.
[00:07:26] I really created it for me.
[00:07:28] And then as a side effect, it's helped hundreds of people,
[00:07:31] which is really cool.
[00:07:33] And it helps in so many different ways.
[00:07:34] So anyway, right?
[00:07:36] I mean, with anything, anything from something small,
[00:07:39] like you're saying, getting stuck in the day to day to, I
[00:07:42] mean, when I started talking to you, I was working
[00:07:45] through a second wave, I kind of say, of an eating disorder
[00:07:49] and then also worked on it in my relationships.
[00:07:51] And now I use it with chronic pain and chronic illness.
[00:07:54] And so it's it's so widespread.
[00:07:57] So we're talking about it.
[00:07:58] Can you can you explain exactly or as much as you can,
[00:08:02] what it is for our listeners?
[00:08:05] So the methodology is created from a very simple formula,
[00:08:09] which says awareness plus action equals transformation.
[00:08:13] And what I found, I'm a therapist.
[00:08:15] So I'm going to diss therapy for a moment.
[00:08:17] So please forgive me.
[00:08:18] It's not dissing yet.
[00:08:19] It's talk about the incompleteness that I found as a therapist,
[00:08:23] really primarily I help people with awareness.
[00:08:26] You know, what triggered you, what patterns from mom and dad
[00:08:30] and school and this and that.
[00:08:32] And you bring awareness to what you're why you behave
[00:08:35] the way you do now.
[00:08:36] So fabulous, but that I found was not enough.
[00:08:40] And that's why I became frustrated as a therapist
[00:08:42] and why call myself more of a coach
[00:08:44] because the action piece was missing, which is,
[00:08:47] well, what do you do about it?
[00:08:48] Once you realize you're stuck in a pattern?
[00:08:51] And so the field that scale is, I mean, the methodology
[00:08:54] is the awareness part is this a scale
[00:08:56] that is the shape of a triangle.
[00:08:58] It's one of the basic shapes of our universe.
[00:09:01] And this triangle has the colors of a traffic light,
[00:09:03] red, yellow, green, red is at the top.
[00:09:07] And I really think of it as a map of human consciousness.
[00:09:12] And at the top, the red part, we call it the red zone
[00:09:15] is the stress response.
[00:09:16] So that's when we are stuck.
[00:09:18] I know your listeners know about this stress response.
[00:09:21] It's when our bodies are perceiving danger
[00:09:23] and go either into fight, flight, or freeze.
[00:09:27] And stress response is not a problem
[00:09:29] if you're actually experiencing danger
[00:09:32] or if it's temporary, but for most of us,
[00:09:36] we live in that red zone in that stress response
[00:09:39] most of our life, which leads to disease,
[00:09:41] cancer, chronic illness, all the things.
[00:09:44] So then there's the yellow zone underneath that.
[00:09:46] And I would say the majority of people
[00:09:48] who are not in crisis live there.
[00:09:49] It's like the good enough though.
[00:09:51] And it's the zone of I'm fine.
[00:09:53] When you ask somebody, how are you?
[00:09:54] I'm fine.
[00:09:56] We have habits that we don't like, but nothing is urgent.
[00:09:59] And then the green zone is where this work really,
[00:10:03] its outcome is to bring us to the green zone.
[00:10:06] We are open and spacious and inspired and creative
[00:10:11] and grounded and connected like every single thing
[00:10:15] that most humans want to be lives in that green zone,
[00:10:19] which is just the relaxation response.
[00:10:21] And it's really actually a little more complex
[00:10:24] than that it's a balanced nervous system.
[00:10:25] Let's say it like that.
[00:10:27] And so that's the awareness.
[00:10:28] You identify where you're at on that scale.
[00:10:32] And if you are in the red or yellow zone,
[00:10:34] you then do the action part of the work,
[00:10:37] which is the three steps,
[00:10:39] which stay with the metaphor of the traffic light
[00:10:41] and it's stop.
[00:10:42] So the other day I'll give an example as I go through it.
[00:10:46] I was obsessing about coming up with a brand name
[00:10:51] for course that I'm teaching.
[00:10:52] And I was like, whoa, my thoughts are spinning.
[00:10:55] I'm totally stressed out about it.
[00:10:56] I have anxiety, so I stopped.
[00:10:59] And I remembered that in the red zone,
[00:11:01] nothing that can come out of it.
[00:11:03] You're gonna be confused.
[00:11:04] You're gonna be unclear.
[00:11:05] You're gonna misperceive the world and yourself.
[00:11:08] So then step number two, I slow down and breathe.
[00:11:11] So that usually gets you to the yellow zone.
[00:11:14] And then step number three,
[00:11:15] I did the third side,
[00:11:16] which is go for a feel good habit.
[00:11:19] And then for me,
[00:11:20] that was to put myself in a meditative state
[00:11:22] and actually say, I know I don't have the answer
[00:11:25] for this branding question of God.
[00:11:27] I know something greater than me has the answer.
[00:11:29] And so I set myself up to listen
[00:11:31] and I got the most incredible information
[00:11:34] that's completely revolutionized
[00:11:36] the way that I wanna share about this work.
[00:11:38] And so awareness,
[00:11:40] the scale, where you're on the scale, action,
[00:11:43] practice the three steps, stop, slow down, breathe, go.
[00:11:46] If you're in the red or yellow
[00:11:47] and that creates transformation.
[00:11:49] That's why I love this work so much
[00:11:51] is because there is that both awareness and action.
[00:11:54] So you don't always have to understand
[00:11:56] exactly where something is coming from, right?
[00:11:58] Cause sometimes we can get stuck there
[00:12:00] and then we get anxious about trying to figure out
[00:12:02] and out, but it is helpful.
[00:12:06] And then we also have to learn
[00:12:08] what to do with that state of being,
[00:12:09] whether that is truly just being with it
[00:12:12] or actually taking action and shifting and changing it,
[00:12:14] whatever it may be, it's really, really helpful.
[00:12:17] And I think that's why I'm so drawn to this work
[00:12:20] because I felt very similarly about therapy.
[00:12:24] And I've always been attracted to therapy slash coaching
[00:12:27] and how we find that middle ground and work was both.
[00:12:31] It's not an either or it's definitely both
[00:12:33] of the awareness and the action.
[00:12:34] So I love that.
[00:12:35] And especially when you're talking about that example
[00:12:39] of feeling anxious in your mind
[00:12:41] and trying to figure something out,
[00:12:43] it's very, very common with most of the people
[00:12:46] in this community is especially when it comes
[00:12:48] to chronic pain, we get really anxious about the pain
[00:12:51] which creates more pain.
[00:12:53] And so, so much of this work is learning to slow down
[00:12:57] and pause and be aware and learn to soothe
[00:13:01] and take action instead of following that anxious trail.
[00:13:05] Just that piece right here is so big, is so huge
[00:13:09] and transforms how we are, how we live on a day-to-day basis.
[00:13:14] So I love that example.
[00:13:16] And I think that's really clear how you explained it.
[00:13:19] Well, I love to use my,
[00:13:23] usually we demonize the ego, right?
[00:13:26] But I love to use some of the ego's things
[00:13:28] like selfishness.
[00:13:30] I am totally selfish with this work.
[00:13:32] Like, if I'm in the red zone,
[00:13:35] I know that my life is gonna suck.
[00:13:38] If I take action from the red zone,
[00:13:41] I'm gonna get into a fight with Brian, my partner,
[00:13:43] which by the way, I always forget to tell
[00:13:45] that part of the story.
[00:13:46] Even though we divorced, we're back together now.
[00:13:48] I'll get into a fight.
[00:13:49] I will wanna eat too much food.
[00:13:51] I will make a stupid business decision
[00:13:54] and there are no good answers in the red zone
[00:13:57] unless you really are in front of a bear
[00:13:59] and you have to decide what to do
[00:14:01] because the rational part of your brain,
[00:14:03] the wise part of your brain is cut off
[00:14:06] when you're in the stress response.
[00:14:08] And so it's a totally selfish experience.
[00:14:10] It's like, if that,
[00:14:12] I don't wanna create something stupid in my life.
[00:14:14] Like, let me practice the three steps
[00:14:16] and every time in the green zone,
[00:14:20] the unexpected occurs, the miraculous occurs,
[00:14:23] the, oh, goodness occurs.
[00:14:27] Like, you know, I always say,
[00:14:28] like we can't be our best selves in the red zone.
[00:14:32] We actually become our worst selves
[00:14:34] and we can only be our best selves in the green zone.
[00:14:37] So let's use this work and be totally selfish.
[00:14:40] I don't wanna good life.
[00:14:41] I don't wanna keep repeating a pattern
[00:14:43] of hurting myself or hurting others.
[00:14:45] I've done it.
[00:14:46] I've done it long enough.
[00:14:47] I don't wanna do it anymore.
[00:14:49] One of the biggest ah-ha moments I have
[00:14:52] when learning this work was in my relationship work.
[00:14:56] When I learned, when you note in the red zone,
[00:15:00] you're gonna see everyone else or everything is wrong.
[00:15:03] Right?
[00:15:04] And I immediately was like, oh, yeah.
[00:15:06] Okay, I'm seeing my partner doing,
[00:15:09] I'm so annoyed by him.
[00:15:09] Everything he's doing is wrong.
[00:15:11] Everything is so, you know,
[00:15:12] I just like can't stand him anymore.
[00:15:16] And I immediately recognize that pattern
[00:15:19] and really helps me be different in my relationship
[00:15:23] to show up differently.
[00:15:25] I will say this, it at least helped me
[00:15:27] not to act right off the bat, right?
[00:15:29] Or get annoyed or like,
[00:15:31] piggy at him or whatever it was that I would do.
[00:15:34] I would kind of nip it up, you know?
[00:15:36] And so I at least was able to pause,
[00:15:40] not react and soothe myself.
[00:15:44] And then maybe, you know, walk away,
[00:15:45] do something different, come back another time.
[00:15:48] That was really big for me.
[00:15:50] I think it's just a great example
[00:15:52] of especially being in relationship,
[00:15:54] which everyone experiences relationships
[00:15:57] and we all work on that, right?
[00:15:58] And so again, that huge awareness and pause.
[00:16:02] I think you said it,
[00:16:03] I think my company is actually called Choice Point
[00:16:06] because when I formed it in 2003,
[00:16:09] I became obsessed with that moment
[00:16:12] that I read about in Daniel,
[00:16:14] what's her name?
[00:16:14] Tara Bennett Goldman's book,
[00:16:15] she's Daniel Goldman's wife
[00:16:16] from Emotional Intelligence,
[00:16:17] called The Choice Point,
[00:16:19] which is the moment between the impulse and the action.
[00:16:22] From the moment I have the thought
[00:16:23] I wanna yell at my partner
[00:16:24] or I have the thought I wanna 10 chocolate chip cookies
[00:16:28] to actually doing it.
[00:16:29] And she says for most people,
[00:16:30] that's a quarter second long
[00:16:32] and to develop Emotional Intelligence,
[00:16:34] we need to expand that quarter second to a minute,
[00:16:37] two minutes so that you can actually go, wait a minute.
[00:16:40] Is what I'm seeing is true.
[00:16:41] Is my partner really being an asshole right now?
[00:16:43] Like, do I really need to yell back
[00:16:45] or do I really, am I really hungry?
[00:16:47] Do I wanna have that cookie?
[00:16:48] That's everything.
[00:16:49] Like if you can expand
[00:16:50] that quarter choice point second,
[00:16:52] you change your life.
[00:16:53] And so I became obsessed
[00:16:55] and starting in 2003, I created these Mandala cards
[00:16:57] to help people slow down a choice point
[00:16:59] because I realized there was nothing out there
[00:17:01] to help us in the moment.
[00:17:02] You could read a great spiritual self-development book
[00:17:05] at 10 o'clock at night,
[00:17:06] but then you'd forget about it the next day.
[00:17:09] And I didn't realize until a few months ago,
[00:17:10] I'm like, oh my God,
[00:17:11] that's what I've created with this methodology.
[00:17:13] The methodology goes right at that choice point
[00:17:16] and gives you, makes you recognize
[00:17:18] you're in a dangerous, possibly dangerous place
[00:17:22] and tells you what to do so that you will pivot
[00:17:24] and choose a new action instead of the old habit,
[00:17:28] which is gonna be destructive to yourself or another.
[00:17:30] So it's actually an amazing choice point.
[00:17:33] I share that choice point with probably most of my clients.
[00:17:35] I share that idea that exactly what you just mentioned.
[00:17:38] I remember you telling me that in early days
[00:17:40] because even just giving a name to it is huge, right?
[00:17:44] Just that recognition, that name.
[00:17:46] I mean, pausing and being aware has talked a lot about,
[00:17:50] especially mindfulness and meditation
[00:17:52] and things like that being separate from your thoughts,
[00:17:54] but really in my mind,
[00:17:56] I literally visualize a space of time, of choice,
[00:18:00] a choice point that I'm not always perfect
[00:18:03] that no one is, right?
[00:18:04] Like I don't always get it right,
[00:18:06] but at the same time,
[00:18:08] when I have been able to pause and breathe,
[00:18:10] I can shift.
[00:18:12] I can make a different decision
[00:18:14] or I can just pause, maybe not make a decision, right?
[00:18:17] That's actually very important for me.
[00:18:19] I don't rush in decisions anymore.
[00:18:21] So yeah, it gives you the ability
[00:18:24] to do what's right for you, I think.
[00:18:25] Yeah, I love that.
[00:18:27] And sometimes it still is doing the thing you were going to do.
[00:18:31] Maybe you're still gonna have those cookies,
[00:18:33] but you're gonna do it from a very different place
[00:18:35] because it's a conscious choice, right?
[00:18:38] It's a conscious choice if I wanna raise my voice
[00:18:40] at Brian because I'm really upset.
[00:18:42] I'm still, I'm gonna do it differently
[00:18:44] than if I had just reacted.
[00:18:45] We're not demonizing.
[00:18:47] We're not demonizing yelling or binging, whatever it is,
[00:18:51] I never do it.
[00:18:51] It's more like when we are in the stress-free spots,
[00:18:54] we lose the power of choice
[00:18:56] and that is not a spiritual pretty truth.
[00:18:58] It's actually a scientific truth.
[00:19:00] We lose the power of choice.
[00:19:02] And without choice, life becomes very unwieldy
[00:19:07] and to recover the power of choice,
[00:19:09] I think it's the single greatest gift that we can recover.
[00:19:12] And so that's what this methodology does.
[00:19:16] We literally lose our critical thinking, right?
[00:19:18] Like our critical thinking brain
[00:19:19] when we're in the stress response.
[00:19:20] So yeah, exactly.
[00:19:22] It's really helpful to learn how to get back into us
[00:19:26] being human, like the power that we are being human,
[00:19:29] which is that green zone relaxation response.
[00:19:32] Can you speak a little bit more
[00:19:33] to that green zone, that relaxation response?
[00:19:35] Cause I think some people imagine
[00:19:38] when we first learned about this work
[00:19:39] that we're working to get to this kind of blissed out state
[00:19:42] where we're just kind of floating through life
[00:19:45] and happy, not reactive as much,
[00:19:47] but that's not really the case, right?
[00:19:48] So can you speak to that?
[00:19:50] Yeah, there are two things.
[00:19:52] One is that's something that I've had to correct in my work.
[00:19:55] So, you know, Herbert Benson came up
[00:19:57] with the name of relaxation response
[00:19:58] and that's what the body does when it gets out,
[00:20:01] when it's complete with the stress response
[00:20:03] and it doesn't need to be functioning
[00:20:05] in a quite flight of freeze way.
[00:20:07] What I've actually discovered in the last few years
[00:20:09] that's so much more research about nervous system regulation
[00:20:12] is actually, I now call it the thrive response
[00:20:15] because for me, the relaxation response
[00:20:16] and when it's like, you literally relax,
[00:20:19] your brain is on pause, but that's not the green zone
[00:20:23] is for me, that's one aspect of the green zone.
[00:20:25] For me, the green zone really is a balanced nervous system
[00:20:28] when your brain knows whether it needs to engage
[00:20:31] in the stress response or whether it needs to relax.
[00:20:33] So it's balance, it's not one more than the other.
[00:20:37] So we're not like sitting on the couch
[00:20:39] doing nothing, and I think Joe Dispenza calls it,
[00:20:42] what does he say, a relaxed heart, lively brain,
[00:20:47] it's not the right word, but that's what it is.
[00:20:48] It's like, you know, it's a live brain,
[00:20:50] but open heart, open sucked heart.
[00:20:52] So that's one thing.
[00:20:54] So it's really, I call it the thrive response now
[00:20:56] versus relaxation response.
[00:20:58] The other piece that you're asking is,
[00:21:00] many people think that the green zone
[00:21:03] is actually just rainbows and unicorns
[00:21:06] and I always say to people, if there's one thing
[00:21:08] you can walk away from this talk where there's like,
[00:21:10] please do not think that that's what we're talking about.
[00:21:13] When you think that it's a triangle,
[00:21:15] the bottom of the triangle is the widest part.
[00:21:19] The green zone is about us being as open
[00:21:23] and undefended as we can.
[00:21:26] That means we feel things.
[00:21:29] That means we experience all of life.
[00:21:32] We can experience anger, we can experience bliss,
[00:21:35] we can experience grief,
[00:21:37] we can experience joy.
[00:21:39] And we know how to do it in a way that's responsible
[00:21:43] and sustainable.
[00:21:45] And the crazy thing that happens,
[00:21:47] like the side effect, but you can't get hooked to that,
[00:21:50] is the more you feel and are open to all of life,
[00:21:53] actually the more peace, love and joy you feel
[00:21:56] because you start connecting to the very core
[00:21:58] of who you are.
[00:21:59] So your human self expresses envy,
[00:22:01] jealousy, anger, joy, laugh.
[00:22:04] But the more you're open and undefended to all of that,
[00:22:07] the more you are peace, love and joy.
[00:22:10] I was just talking to a friend of mine just now
[00:22:11] before we Yuna got on.
[00:22:13] I'm literally the happiest I have ever been.
[00:22:17] Like, and I said to her, I said,
[00:22:19] it's taken me so many years
[00:22:20] to really develop a nervous system now
[00:22:23] that can be completely open and relaxed.
[00:22:26] And if stress comes in, I know how to manage it.
[00:22:29] And so, but it doesn't mean I don't get irritated.
[00:22:31] It doesn't mean I don't get cranky.
[00:22:33] It doesn't mean I'm not a jerk sometimes or have fear.
[00:22:37] It's just to come back so fast to this 10
[00:22:41] on the feel good scale, to the green zone,
[00:22:43] to feeling good.
[00:22:44] And I just, I'm just deeply happy, but human,
[00:22:47] but deeply happy.
[00:22:50] That's a wonderful example.
[00:22:51] I love that.
[00:22:52] Thank you because I often say that as well
[00:22:54] and remind myself too that so much
[00:22:57] of that green zone response is allowing all, right?
[00:23:02] For example, emotions.
[00:23:03] We're going to experience all emotions.
[00:23:06] Doesn't mean we need to get rid of anger,
[00:23:08] fear, disappointment, guilt, whatever.
[00:23:11] It's experiencing it differently,
[00:23:14] receiving it differently, being with them differently.
[00:23:17] On this podcast, I'd like to be able
[00:23:19] to actually give people practices.
[00:23:20] Would you mind leading us there just a few minutes
[00:23:22] of a green zone relaxation response?
[00:23:26] Yeah, let's, and I never know.
[00:23:29] I do meditations in one of the primary words
[00:23:31] that I teach.
[00:23:31] Just know I have no clue what's going to come up.
[00:23:33] And I love that.
[00:23:34] And I try to make it no more than five minutes.
[00:23:36] Sometimes it's two minutes.
[00:23:37] Sometimes it's a little more, but hopefully not.
[00:23:38] And just, yeah, so if you are,
[00:23:41] if you are listening to this podcast,
[00:23:43] make sure that you see if you can let go
[00:23:45] of distractions right now.
[00:23:46] If you can, sit yourself on a chair,
[00:23:48] something comfortable.
[00:23:49] If you're driving, do keep your eyes open.
[00:23:53] Because the thing is that's really cool
[00:23:54] with this work is actually you can do it
[00:23:56] with your eyes open, right?
[00:23:57] You don't actually need your eyes closed.
[00:23:59] It's just really helpful,
[00:24:00] especially when we first begin to do it.
[00:24:01] So let's go ahead and close our eyes
[00:24:04] with those of us who can.
[00:24:07] Hey, and the first thing we're going to do
[00:24:12] is we're going to bring awareness
[00:24:15] to exactly how we are right now.
[00:24:21] Without changing a thing.
[00:24:22] So imagine yourself, imagine the scale,
[00:24:26] which is a triangle.
[00:24:30] Number one is at the top.
[00:24:31] You're really stressed out.
[00:24:33] You feel anxious.
[00:24:35] Maybe you feel overwhelmed.
[00:24:36] Maybe you feel shut down.
[00:24:38] Maybe your heart rate is going really fast.
[00:24:41] Maybe you feel numb.
[00:24:44] And 10,
[00:24:47] if you feel open and spacious and joyous,
[00:24:51] like imagine the best day of your life.
[00:24:55] So just place yourself on this scale right now
[00:24:59] and just trust your intuition.
[00:25:02] Where are you at under one to 10?
[00:25:09] And for many of us,
[00:25:10] we automatically see or hear the number
[00:25:13] and we don't even know why, how we knew that number.
[00:25:17] So let's slow that down.
[00:25:19] Whatever number you picked,
[00:25:22] what are some of the signs that let you know?
[00:25:25] Like how is your body?
[00:25:26] Is it very tense?
[00:25:27] Is it relaxed?
[00:25:32] How are your shoulders, your belly, your jaw?
[00:25:40] What about your emotions and your thoughts?
[00:25:43] Are they racing?
[00:25:44] Are you feeling anxious?
[00:25:46] Are you feeling pretty calm and steady?
[00:25:51] Something in between?
[00:25:58] And whatever number you discovered yourself to be at
[00:26:03] is perfectly okay.
[00:26:06] It's just a snapshot of a moment in time.
[00:26:14] And before we start with the three stats,
[00:26:16] you might notice how just the act
[00:26:19] of bringing awareness with curiosity and openness
[00:26:25] that even might have shifted yourself on the scale.
[00:26:28] So check it out.
[00:26:31] Take your temperature again,
[00:26:32] map yourself on the scale again.
[00:26:35] Are you at the same number?
[00:26:36] Maybe you're lower, maybe you're higher.
[00:26:38] Just do it again.
[00:26:49] Now we're going to shift.
[00:26:51] We're going to do the action part of the methodology.
[00:26:54] So wherever you mapped yourself out,
[00:26:58] just for a moment, I invite you to just stop.
[00:27:03] You should in the red your zone, yellow zone,
[00:27:05] like see if you can stop your train of thoughts,
[00:27:09] stop the emotions swirling around.
[00:27:14] Just take a moment to remember
[00:27:19] that who you are in the stress response,
[00:27:21] what you think, what you feel
[00:27:23] is just caused by stress.
[00:27:25] It's caused by your misunderstanding
[00:27:27] that you are in danger and need to do
[00:27:30] from fighting or fleeing or freezing.
[00:27:33] But in this moment, you don't have to.
[00:27:35] In this moment, you're totally safe
[00:27:37] listening to this podcast, listening to my voice.
[00:27:41] So you can tell that part of you to stop.
[00:27:45] And then we're going to move on to step number two,
[00:27:48] which is the slow down and breathe.
[00:27:51] And you may already have been doing that.
[00:27:54] Let's do it more consciously now.
[00:27:56] Take deep abdominal breaths.
[00:28:03] That is the fastest way for a nervous system
[00:28:06] to understand that we are safe
[00:28:08] or brain to tell our nervous system that we're safe.
[00:28:17] Deep, slow, wide breaths.
[00:28:22] And then last but not least, go for a feel good habit.
[00:28:27] And right now you're doing a feel good habit.
[00:28:30] You are in this meditation with me and Grace.
[00:28:36] And hopefully that is helping you feel more good.
[00:28:41] Go higher on the feel good scale by this process.
[00:28:45] So just note, take a measurement of yourself right now.
[00:28:50] How do you feel compared to when you began this meditation?
[00:28:54] And whatever you discover is perfectly fine.
[00:29:04] And if you have gone up a level or two or three,
[00:29:08] you can celebrate that because it's just a preference, right?
[00:29:12] To live more in the green zone.
[00:29:15] And if you didn't, you can celebrate that too.
[00:29:19] Because even you're slowing down enough
[00:29:21] to bring awareness and compassion and curiosity
[00:29:24] to yourself wherever you're at
[00:29:26] is one of the greatest feel good habits
[00:29:28] that we can practice for ourselves.
[00:29:33] So let's take a final inhale and exhale together.
[00:29:36] Let's begin by exhaling all of our air,
[00:29:39] taking a deep breath in and an audible exhale if you can.
[00:29:49] Slowly, slowly opening our eyes
[00:29:53] and bringing ourselves back into the rooms we're in.
[00:30:00] It was wonderful to have that practice.
[00:30:03] And we literally just spoke about it in the beginning.
[00:30:05] Yes, we want the awareness and the education
[00:30:08] but we need to practice and the action step.
[00:30:11] So I thought that was wonderful.
[00:30:14] And actually, I'll share what I noticed.
[00:30:17] This morning I woke up kind of tired
[00:30:21] even though I got enough sleep.
[00:30:22] I just had a busy week so far
[00:30:24] and noticed it catching up with me.
[00:30:27] And at first I started to get a little disappointed
[00:30:29] because this podcast episode is important to me
[00:30:32] and I wanted to show up with energy and feel connected
[00:30:36] and I was really tired of fatigued.
[00:30:38] And I guess I did some action this morning
[00:30:41] and it kind of gave to myself a breathe.
[00:30:43] But I noticed as we paused in this exercise
[00:30:46] that I went up a few, honestly,
[00:30:48] a couple numbers up on the scale
[00:30:50] just by doing this episode
[00:30:51] because I love talking about this work.
[00:30:54] It fills me up.
[00:30:55] This is a feel-good habit for me.
[00:30:57] Being on here talking with you
[00:30:59] and I don't think I recognized going up on the scale
[00:31:02] unless I would have tuned in and recognized, right?
[00:31:05] It just paused to reflect.
[00:31:07] And so it can be that it can just be tuning in
[00:31:11] to pausing for a minute to see where you are.
[00:31:13] And also an example of a feel-good habit is
[00:31:17] it can be kind of anything that really fills you up
[00:31:21] and aligns with you and your soul and your purpose
[00:31:24] and what you enjoy.
[00:31:27] So...
[00:31:29] Yeah, let me add this to what you said, which I love.
[00:31:32] Just the act of pausing,
[00:31:34] we are usually rushing through so much through our life
[00:31:39] that we don't understand,
[00:31:40] we miss the hundred moments
[00:31:44] that are occurring where we are totally safe.
[00:31:47] Maybe we're having a delicious bite of food
[00:31:50] or maybe we have an encounter with somebody
[00:31:53] that makes us feel good, but we miss it.
[00:31:57] So actually when we start paying attention,
[00:32:00] like where are we at on that scale,
[00:32:02] we start realizing that we might have
[00:32:04] a lot more feel-good moments than we imagine.
[00:32:06] Now, we might also realize
[00:32:07] that we have a lot more stressful moments
[00:32:09] than we imagine a lot of the time
[00:32:10] when people start practicing this work,
[00:32:12] they're like, oh my God, I thought it was yellow zone,
[00:32:14] but I'm actually red zone a lot.
[00:32:16] So it's a little disconcerting,
[00:32:17] but the good news is what we always say,
[00:32:18] you can't change anything unless you have the truth
[00:32:21] about it, until you know the truth about it.
[00:32:23] But what I noticed throughout my day by doing this work
[00:32:26] is like, how often I feel good?
[00:32:29] We are not wired to trap that.
[00:32:30] We're wired to trap what's wrong and what could go wrong.
[00:32:33] And that's why our attention is called the negativity bias.
[00:32:36] As you know, our brain is wired to look for what's wrong
[00:32:40] and just bringing awareness and slowing down
[00:32:43] and being like, I'm starting to love doing dishes.
[00:32:47] It's the strangest thing.
[00:32:48] I was telling my friend that earlier,
[00:32:50] it's like these are moments of safety.
[00:32:52] Like, you know, I always, and it's a weird thing maybe,
[00:32:54] but it's like, I always think if I was hurt
[00:32:57] or someone that loved was hurt,
[00:32:59] like being in my kitchen at nine o'clock at night,
[00:33:02] washing dishes would be such a luxury
[00:33:04] that I would wish that I would have over anything
[00:33:06] the simplicity of a moment where there isn't crisis.
[00:33:09] And we miss them.
[00:33:11] It was some mundane.
[00:33:12] I don't feel like washing dishes.
[00:33:13] It's too late.
[00:33:14] I just want to watch TV.
[00:33:15] Like, so many moments are precious that we miss.
[00:33:19] And this work really helps us notice those.
[00:33:22] And it helps us get wired more and more
[00:33:25] into noticing what's right
[00:33:26] and not what's wrong with our life.
[00:33:28] And that changes everything.
[00:33:31] Yes, because we can recognize what is right for you,
[00:33:35] what does feel good, what you can be grateful for.
[00:33:38] Your brain looks for more of that, right?
[00:33:40] But when we're doing the opposite,
[00:33:42] when we're always looking at what's wrong,
[00:33:44] our brain literally wants to look for more of that
[00:33:46] because it feels better protecting you.
[00:33:49] So it does take practice to rewire, if you will,
[00:33:54] our brains to look for what's good
[00:33:56] and what feels good and what can help us.
[00:33:59] Yeah, and it's not just rewiring your personal brain.
[00:34:01] It's rewiring the human being's evolutionary brain.
[00:34:05] Our limbic brain is still behaving
[00:34:07] as though we're living from hundreds of thousands
[00:34:09] of years ago.
[00:34:09] So even when you and I just spoke to the persons
[00:34:12] who are listeners, one of my big, big,
[00:34:15] I don't like the word mantra,
[00:34:16] but something like that is called, it's not your fault,
[00:34:18] but it is your responsibility.
[00:34:20] So it's not your fault who you become in the red zone.
[00:34:23] You are literally wired to see only what's wrong,
[00:34:25] your frontal cortex shuts down
[00:34:27] so you can't make any wise decisions.
[00:34:28] It's not your fault.
[00:34:30] But once you realize and once you get this tool
[00:34:33] and you realize you can change it,
[00:34:35] it is your responsibility not to hurt yourself,
[00:34:38] not to hurt your body, not to hurt others,
[00:34:40] not to hurt the earth.
[00:34:41] But it's, you don't function from shame.
[00:34:44] You function from a sense of like having choice,
[00:34:46] like, oh yeah, I don't need to behave this way
[00:34:50] towards myself or others.
[00:34:51] I now have a choice.
[00:34:53] And that makes for human being.
[00:34:55] Imagine the planet filled with human beings who know that
[00:34:58] and who actually live that.
[00:35:00] Sometimes learning this work,
[00:35:01] especially when we're learning about our nervous system
[00:35:04] and specifically with chronic pain and illness,
[00:35:06] we can recognize, oh, we actually can shift.
[00:35:09] We can heal, we can make changes.
[00:35:11] And then sometimes we can tip over into,
[00:35:13] oh, well, if we can, if I can quote unquote control it
[00:35:17] and I'm not, then shame ensues, right?
[00:35:19] It's my fault.
[00:35:20] Which is, that's what we want to take away,
[00:35:22] which is what made me think of,
[00:35:24] maybe when you were talking, it made me think of this
[00:35:26] as yes, we can make a change.
[00:35:29] We can be aware and shift it.
[00:35:32] It doesn't mean though that if we can't every single time,
[00:35:35] then it's our fault and we're horrible,
[00:35:36] we're a failure or anything like that.
[00:35:38] So the more compassion and grace and softness we can use
[00:35:43] to approach with this work, I think changes so much.
[00:35:46] I know that's been a huge part of my learning journey
[00:35:48] is to let go of the tightness and rigid
[00:35:52] around the actual healing and the actual work
[00:35:55] because it creates more suffering.
[00:35:58] Well, and the thing about it is that
[00:36:01] there are two levels to this work.
[00:36:02] They're when people first begin healing work in general
[00:36:05] and this work, they think very quickly to be like
[00:36:08] red zone bad, reins on good, right?
[00:36:11] And it's like, it's almost like a second left.
[00:36:14] So at first you kind of have to do that
[00:36:15] so that you really recognize the red zone
[00:36:17] and you can shift out of it.
[00:36:18] But the more you do this work,
[00:36:20] I think of every one of these freak,
[00:36:22] I call them frequencies, the one to 10 as sacred.
[00:36:25] They're just really different experiences
[00:36:27] of being human, who I am in the red zone,
[00:36:30] I create havoc around me.
[00:36:32] But you know what, that's not inherently bad
[00:36:35] except that it has crappy consequences,
[00:36:37] but it's no less sacred to me, that spirit.
[00:36:40] We are spiritual beings learning to be human, right?
[00:36:43] And so we're not just here to be green zone all the time.
[00:36:46] If not, I don't think we come onto this planet,
[00:36:49] but there's a way, if you have acted out,
[00:36:51] if you are in the red zone where you don't demonize
[00:36:54] and shame yourself.
[00:36:55] And I think you said it a while ago,
[00:36:57] sometimes you can choose to just be with it.
[00:36:59] Like, wow, I really wanna say something
[00:37:02] on kind to Brian right now.
[00:37:03] Like, oh, wow, look at that.
[00:37:05] I'm noticing all my thoughts are solely remember
[00:37:07] every single thing he's done wrong.
[00:37:09] Oh boy, I could really hurt him right now.
[00:37:11] But if you look at it from this place of curiosity,
[00:37:15] you don't act from it, you're responsible with it.
[00:37:18] There's nothing wrong with the red zone.
[00:37:19] It's just a part of being human
[00:37:21] and it's just a part that appears that's outdated.
[00:37:23] So, you know, as we complete this,
[00:37:26] you and I, yes, shift out of the red zone
[00:37:29] and yellow zone as often as you can.
[00:37:31] And when you can't, like you were saying so beautifully,
[00:37:34] is that give yourself grace
[00:37:35] and being great curiosity and compassion to yourself.
[00:37:40] Yes, definitely.
[00:37:41] Thank you.
[00:37:44] Okay, so is there anything else around this work
[00:37:48] that we haven't touched on that you feel like
[00:37:50] is important for people to understand?
[00:37:52] No, I think we did a really beautiful job.
[00:37:54] I think the one piece that's missing
[00:37:56] and you know this is community
[00:37:58] is that this work can be done alone,
[00:38:01] but it's so much more powerful and potent and impactful
[00:38:05] when it's done in community.
[00:38:06] And so I think we think that this podcast
[00:38:08] is gonna air before I run my challenge
[00:38:11] and I've run it, I think it's gonna be the fifth time.
[00:38:15] And instead of making it 10 day, I'm making it five
[00:38:17] and I'm really excited about that
[00:38:19] because what you see is that this work
[00:38:22] is best shared through storytelling.
[00:38:24] And so as you hear, just like you and I shared stories
[00:38:27] of how we've used it in the last few days,
[00:38:29] just when you hear stories,
[00:38:31] like we're not supposed to do this work alone.
[00:38:33] And I don't mean just the methodology,
[00:38:35] I don't believe we're supposed to do healing work alone.
[00:38:37] I think that's an outdated story that is not,
[00:38:40] especially as women, we wanna do it with each other.
[00:38:44] And so, you know, that's one of my passions
[00:38:47] is to offer places where people can be in community
[00:38:50] with each other learning this work
[00:38:51] because it just, it reminds us when we forget,
[00:38:54] it inspires us when we need to be inspired, you know.
[00:38:58] So community, like whether it's with Grace,
[00:39:00] whether it's with me, whether you,
[00:39:02] even from what you learned today,
[00:39:03] you teach this to your kid, kids love this work,
[00:39:06] you teach it to your husband, share this work
[00:39:09] and get support, you know, with others to do it,
[00:39:13] you know, to heal.
[00:39:15] Yes, thank you for that reminder.
[00:39:17] Very, very important because it can feel so isolating,
[00:39:19] no matter what you're doing, what you're working through,
[00:39:21] what you're healing through,
[00:39:23] isolation can really perpetuate that suffering.
[00:39:27] Well, I can't always catch ourselves,
[00:39:29] but if we have people, you know,
[00:39:31] if we have people that love us
[00:39:32] and can gently remind us,
[00:39:33] might you be in a little bit of bread zone thinking
[00:39:35] about your future right now?
[00:39:37] Like it's pretty gloomy.
[00:39:38] I'm like, oh yeah, you know,
[00:39:39] Brian will remind me when I go into states of fear
[00:39:42] or worry or doubt, you know,
[00:39:43] it's like we can remind each other
[00:39:45] and the language is so non-offensive.
[00:39:47] That's why it works so well with kids and teenagers
[00:39:49] because you don't have to say,
[00:39:50] I'm angry because you do this, this, this
[00:39:52] and everybody gets the fence like,
[00:39:53] hey, I'm in the red zone.
[00:39:55] And for some of us, it's like,
[00:39:56] can you give me a few minutes?
[00:39:57] I need to, I need to shift for others of us,
[00:39:59] like me, I need to be able to,
[00:40:01] can you help me out and get out of the red zone?
[00:40:03] We all are different,
[00:40:05] but the language is so, so simple
[00:40:07] and so non-offensive and non-triggering to people.
[00:40:10] I've never had anybody be triggered
[00:40:12] by the language of the red zone.
[00:40:14] So that's, you know, so even again,
[00:40:15] if you just listen to this podcast,
[00:40:18] start thinking in terms of red, yellow, green zone
[00:40:20] and start asking yourself, are you in the red zone?
[00:40:22] And you can just tell a friend and they get it.
[00:40:24] People get it in a second.
[00:40:25] You don't have to two hour explanations of this work
[00:40:28] for people to get it.
[00:40:29] That's the beauty of it.
[00:40:31] It is, it definitely is.
[00:40:32] And even something like this,
[00:40:33] this podcast episode is a really great representation.
[00:40:36] I think that you covered so well
[00:40:39] the foundation of this work and very clearly.
[00:40:41] And so I think this can be really helpful
[00:40:43] for people to listen to.
[00:40:44] Good.
[00:40:45] So with that actually,
[00:40:48] how are you sharing this work right now?
[00:40:50] How can people work with you?
[00:40:51] What are you offering?
[00:40:53] So then-
[00:40:54] Why don't I do, I have a free gift.
[00:40:55] So why don't we do that?
[00:40:57] We'll send a free gift when you send the podcast out.
[00:40:59] Yeah, I'll leave it below in the show now.
[00:41:01] Yeah, and then there'll be the five day challenge.
[00:41:03] That's like the most potent way
[00:41:06] to really get to know the work.
[00:41:07] It's just, it's so fun
[00:41:09] and it's people doing it together
[00:41:10] and you learn the foundations of the work.
[00:41:13] And then I'm gonna start doing,
[00:41:15] I don't know quite when, Monday Meetups
[00:41:17] where I'm gonna be on Facebook
[00:41:19] and I'm going to go live
[00:41:21] and either tell stories of something
[00:41:24] that I've gone through
[00:41:25] or teach a little bit about the methodology
[00:41:26] or bring people in who will share stories
[00:41:29] of how they use the methodology
[00:41:31] when they were pissed with their partner
[00:41:32] or when they went through divorce or whatever it is.
[00:41:35] Cause just, that's what I was saying before.
[00:41:37] We need to tell the work through storytelling.
[00:41:39] We can't be like,
[00:41:39] it brings you more peace, love and joy.
[00:41:41] Like, you know, every work says
[00:41:43] it brings you more peace, love and joy.
[00:41:44] Like how it works is what becomes really fun.
[00:41:47] So Monday Meetups, we'll start soon.
[00:41:50] But if people sign up for my free gift
[00:41:52] they'll get on my newsletter
[00:41:53] and then they'll be able to get all the information
[00:41:55] about all the future stuff.
[00:41:57] Wonderful.
[00:41:58] Okay.
[00:41:59] I have one more question that I ask everyone.
[00:42:01] What are you enjoying most right now
[00:42:03] in your wellness lifestyle journey?
[00:42:05] Could be anything from a new recipe
[00:42:07] to a huge insight in your life.
[00:42:09] I am enjoying how deeply happy I am.
[00:42:13] And it's not a happiness that's based
[00:42:15] because this external thing happened
[00:42:18] or this I'm just so deeply happy.
[00:42:21] It's just, it's so deeply internal.
[00:42:25] And I've just, I feel like I've waited a lifetime.
[00:42:28] And you know, so I have so much gratitude
[00:42:30] because I know the contrast.
[00:42:32] So yeah, that's what I track
[00:42:36] in that I celebrate all the time.
[00:42:38] All the time, like, I'm so happy right now.
[00:42:42] Like, it's so cool.
[00:42:43] It's really cool.
[00:42:44] Wow.
[00:42:45] I love to hear it.
[00:42:46] Thank you, Isabel.
[00:42:47] Thank you so much for coming.
[00:42:49] It was an honor to have you on here.
[00:42:51] Thank you so much.
[00:42:51] I love how much you love the methodology
[00:42:53] and I'm so excited to keep sharing it with you.
[00:42:56] All right.
[00:42:57] Talk soon.
[00:43:00] If this podcast means something to you
[00:43:01] it would mean so much to me
[00:43:03] if you could do these couple things.
[00:43:05] One, go to the Heal with Grace show page
[00:43:07] wherever you listen
[00:43:08] and tap the plus sign
[00:43:09] or click on the follow button
[00:43:10] so you don't miss an episode.
[00:43:12] It helps both of us out.
[00:43:14] While you're there,
[00:43:15] if you could give a five star review
[00:43:17] so that this podcast can reach more people
[00:43:19] it would mean so much to me.
[00:43:21] So I can continue sharing episodes
[00:43:23] that help you as well as others.
[00:43:25] Thanks for listening
[00:43:26] and I hope this brings you hope on your journey.
